The MOC3043M is a zero cross optocoupler isolator IC designed for use in power applications. It features a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a silicon bilateral switch. The MOC3043M has an isolation voltage of 5,000 Vrms and a blocking voltage of 400 V. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and a power dissipation of 300 mW. The MOC3043M is UL recognized and RoHS compliant.
