Description


The LMR16006YQ3DDCTQ1,LMR16006Y-Q1 is a PWM DC-DC buck (step-down) regulator. lt is suitable for a wide range ofapplication from industrial to automotive for powerconditioning from an unregulated source. Theregulator's standby current is 28 UA in ECO mode.which is suitable for battery operating systems. Anultra-low 1 uA shutdown current can further prolongbattery life. Operating frequency is fixed at 2.1 MHzallowing the use of small external components whilestill being able to have low output ripple voltage. Soft-start and compensation circuits are implementedinternally, which allows the device to be used withminimized external components.

The LMR16006Y-Q1is optimized for up to 600 mA load currents. It has a0.765 V typical feedback voltage. The device hasbuilt-in protection features such as pulse by pulsecurrent limit, thermal sensing and shutdown due toexcessive power dissipation. The LMR16006Y-Q1 isavailable in a low profile SOT-6L package (2.9 mm x1.6 mm).
