Description:
The TPS563231DRLR is a synchronous step-down DC-DC converter with integrated FETs that operate from an input voltage of 3.6V to 17V. It supports a wide range of output voltage from 0.8V to V IN . It has an integrated low R DS(ON) power switch and internal compensation. The device features a wide range of operating frequencies from 100kHz to 2MHz, with a programmable soft-start and an adjustable output voltage precision of ±1.5% with an external resistor divider. The device also has an active output discharge and a power-good signal. The TPS563231DRLR is offered in tiny 3mmx3mm QFN package and is ideal for powering microprocessors and low-power peripherals in a variety of end-equipment, such as portable navigation devices, mobile phones, and digital cameras.
